Greengate Loan Services
Greengate Loan Services was formed in February 2006 to source and develop secondary structured loan transactions from bank project finance loan portfolios. GLS’s general scope includes transactions which connect project finance loan portfolio exposure with the mainstream secondary credit and loan markets, as well as opportunistic structured transactions that mitigate specific commercial bank issues which arise with project finance loans (concentration, distressed, etc.).
