Paul Ameer, CFA

Paul G. Ameer, Managing Director, has over 20 years of experience in international project and structured finance and business consulting, and has closed transactions with an aggregate value of many billions of dollars, including some of the largest recent project financings in the industry. He has served as team leader on multiple financings in the LNG, oil and gas, pipeline, renewable energy, power, petrochemicals, and infrastructure sectors across the globe. Mr. Ameer has a Masters of Public Policy from Harvard University and a B.S. in Mechanical and Aerospace Engineering from Cornell University. He is a CFA charterholder.

Chris Dymond

Chris Dymond, Managing Director, has 17 years of transactional experience in the petrochemical, power and oil and gas industries globally, and has closed transactions with an aggregate value of over $30 billion. Mr. Dymond has a successful track record in project financings, restructurings, asset acquisitions and private equity transactions. He has also served as the editor of Journal of Project Finance. Mr. Dymond has a Master's degree in international economics and energy policy from Johns Hopkins School of Advanced International Studies, where he graduated first in his class. He also has a B.Sc. in Chemistry from the University of Texas at Austin.

Radoslav Shipkoff

Radoslav Shipkoff, Director, has 13 years of transactional experience in international project and structured finance. He has worked extensively in the oil and gas, LNG, petrochemicals, power, renewables, industrial and infrastructure sectors, with closed transactions valued at tens of billions of dollars worldwide, including some of the largest recent project financings. Mr. Shipkoff has an M.S. from the School of Foreign Service at Georgetown University and a B.A. in History and Economics from Connecticut College graduating summa cum laude.

John Ryan

John Ryan has a broad range of experience over more than 20 years in structured finance, including lease finance, project finance, debt restructurings, structured loan syndication and synthetic loan design and management. He has originated, structured and led execution of complex transactions valued at over $8 billion. Prior to Greengate, Mr. Ryan was Group Head of the structured and specialized lending divisions at WestLB, and served as Head of Corporate Finance Leasing at Deutsche Bank. Mr. Ryan received an M.B.A. in Finance from the Wharton School, University of Pennsylvania and an M.A. in Philosophy and Economics from Oxford University.

Jeremy Levine

Jeremy Levine, Vice President, has nine years of experience in project and infrastructure finance and structured capital markets, most recently at Goldman Sachs. Mr. Levine has focused on the infrastructure and energy sectors, with a broad range of executed transactions, including senior and mezzanine debt, equity-linked structures, equity raisings and restructuring. Mr. Levine received an M.A. from the Johns Hopkins University School of Advanced International Studies (SAIS), specializing in finance, energy and emerging markets, and an M.A. in History from Cambridge University.

Travis Dunbar

Travis Dunbar, Vice President, advises developers and financing institutions on project finance transactions across multiple sectors, including oil & gas, power, petrochemicals, renewable energy and real estate. Mr. Dunbar has worked at the World Bank and International Finance Corporation. Previously, he worked in the US Naval Nuclear Propulsion Program, managing design, testing and manufacturing of reactor components for submarines and aircraft carriers. Mr. Dunbar received an M.A. from the Johns Hopkins University School of Advanced International Studies (SAIS), specializing in energy and environmental issues, an M.S. (with distinction) in Engineering Science from the Naval Postgraduate School and a B.S. (summa cum laude) in Materials Science and Engineering from Rice University.

Kristy David

Kristy David, Senior Associate, performs financial, market and credit analysis of project financing transactions in the oil and gas, petrochemical, renewable and fossil energy, and infrastructure sectors. She performs probabilistic analysis to evaluate the impact of price volatility on default rate. Ms. David received a B.A. in Economics from New York University and holds an M.A. in International Affairs from the Johns Hopkins University School of Advanced International Studies.

David Bowers

David Bowers, Senior Associate, has ten years of professional experience in quantitative analysis and extensive experience in emerging markets and developing countries. Mr. Bowers performs financial, market and credit analysis of project financing transactions in the LNG, energy and infrastructure sectors. Mr. Bowers is a graduate of the Johns Hopkins University School for Advanced International Studies (SAIS), where he studied finance and international development. Prior to that, Mr. Bowers worked as a manager and system architect at a consulting firm, designing and delivering custom business applications to customers in the retail, defense and financial services industries.

Michael Azar

Michael Azar, Associate, performs financial, market and credit analysis of project financing transactions in the oil and gas, renewable and fossil energy, and infrastructure sectors. Previously, he worked at Lehman Brothers, where he advised internal clients on business, political and economic risks and opportunities in the emerging markets. Mr. Azar received an M.A. from the Johns Hopkins University School of Advanced International Studies (SAIS), specializing in energy and finance, and a B.A. in Business Economics from the University of California, Los Angeles (UCLA).

Brandon Bowen

Brandon Bowen, Associate, has eight years of financial advisory and business experience.  He performs financial, market and credit analysis of project financing transactions across multiple sectors, including traditional power, renewable energy, petrochemicals and satellite telecommunications.  Mr. Bowen holds an M.A. from the Johns Hopkins University School of Advanced International Studies (SAIS) specializing in energy and finance, where he also holds an appointment as a financial modeling instructor.  Additionally, he holds an M.A. in Intercultural Communication from the Southern Baptist Theological Seminary, and a B.A. in International Economics and French Language from the University of Kentucky.

Brandon Dorman, Associate, performs financial, market, credit and probabilistic analysis of project financing transactions in the fossil and renewable energy, and petrochemicals sectors.
