Transportation
Greengate has advised on tens of billions of dollars in transportation projects, including some of the largest and most complex public-private partnerships (P3s) in the United States. Our experience spans managed lanes, tolled highways, light rail systems, and major bridge and tunnel projects, such as the Purple Line Light Rail, the SR 400 Express Lanes, and the Chesapeake Bay Bridge-Tunnel.
Water
We have advised on water, wastewater, and standalone desalination plants, as well as billion-dollar integrated water and power projects in the Middle East, Africa, and the United States, including the $1.5 billion Fujairah IWPP in the UAE and the $2 billion Hampton Roads aquifer recharge program supported by the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency’s WIFIA program.
